Dear guests,

Welcome to Le Ch’timi. It is a great pleasure for us to welcome you.

First something about us:         

We, Janny and Niek Carrière,  Bas Krijnen , Manon Krijnen-Carrière and children Aveline, Iris and Elize, are the proud owners of the campsite. We think it is very important to make our guests feel at home, and that is why we have various facilities in which entertainment for young and old takes a prominent place.

Opening times and things worth knowing are outside on a board next to the reception

Internet:

Wifi is available at the whole campsite. Network: campingguest.
Password: lotcamping.

Baker:

Every morning we have fresh bread. The bread has to be ordered 1 day in advance before 6 pm. The bakery is closed on Wednesday, and then we bake bread ourselves, only baguette is available

Our restaurant at the campsite is open every day. You can join us until 9 p.m. Due to crowds, you must reserve a table in July an August. This is possible at the bar.

Quiet at the Campsite:

After 11 pm the main
entrance of the Campsite is closed till 7am. Therefore it is not possible for
guests to leave or enter the campsite by car before 7 am. There is a parking outside
the main gate on the right. Please remember that the site should also be quiet
in and around the caravan, tent or mobile home. 

Arrival- and departure times:

Rentals: The time of arrival is between 3 pm and 7 pm. The rental items must be left by 10 am in the morning.

Pitches: The pitches are available on the agreed day of arrival between 1pm and 7pm. Upon arrival you must balance the cost of the accommodation. The pitches should be left the day of departure no later than 12am.

In case of emergency there is a bell next to the door of the bar. You can use this during the hours of the night, We are glad to help.

Key document / valuables:                                                                                                                           

It is possible to deposit important documents or valuables in the safe of le Ch’timi. To do so you will need a form, available at the reception

Dogs:

Dogs are allowed on the campsite, if they are on a leash. They are not allowed in the bar, in the swimming pool area or pool, or in the sanitary building.
Non-accompanied dogs have to be reported at the reception (this because there are many stray dogs in this area). We politely but very strongly request that you, as the owner of a dog, do NOT allow your dog to foul the campsite and to always take walks outside the campsite.

Washing machine:

Between pitch 24 and 26 is a laundry with a washing machine and a spin dryer. Coins are available at the reception € 6.00. Washing-powder € 0.75 weachwashing powder inclusive

Chemical Toilet and used water point:

On the left side of the building there is a chemical toilet.

Pleaseleave it clean after use.

Please don’t empty your toilet betweet 5 pm and 10 pm, because off the smell.

The chemical toilet can’t be emptied in the lavatories either.

Barbecue / Fire-extinguishers:

Barbecues are allowed, provided you have a
bucket of water standing next to your barbecue. Open fires are not allowed.
There are fire extinguishers everywhere on the campsite, only to be used in
case of fire. Please make sure you know where to find the one closest to you.

Tennis court:

The tennis court is there for anyone who wants
to hit a ball.  Entering on the tennis
court is at your own risk. Rackets and tennis balls, if needed can be borrowed at a cost of € 2.50.

Besides tennis, this court can also be used to play football or other ball games. This is possible only if there is no reservation for tennis.

Swimming pool:

Our swimming pool has two baths: one fotr the little ones among us and one for bigger children and adults. Entering the swimmingpool is at your own risk; there is no supervisor or lifeguard present. 

As a guest you can use the swimmingpool free of charge. To make the use for each guest as confortable as bossible here are the following rules:

– only swimming clothes (no underwear under
swimming clothes), also for the little children

– no airbeds, boats, or things like that in the swimming pool

– no ball games in and around the swimming pool

– it is strictly forbidden to eat or drink in or round the swimming pool

– before swimming take a shower first.

– it is forbidden to enter the swimming pool with shoes 

– it is strictly forbidden to swim in clothes like T-shirts, trousers etc

Camping Le Ch’timi is in no way responsible for accidents and other kinds of damage to belongings etc., Please do respect the rules, the plants and flowers and do enter the
swimming pool only through the special made footbaths, so you and everyone can enjoy its lovely cool water.

In case of an emergency situation in or around the pool, warn immediately one of the camp site owners.

Rubbish/Durability:

On the camp site there are two places where you can deposit your garbage, one next to the tennis court and the other one next to
the main building (right site).  There is a system of  separation: glass,  recyclable garbage (cardboard, plastics),  and other garbage. PLEASE DO SO. You can dispose your used batteries at the reception. Don’t waste water and put out the light when you leave or during the night.

Suggestions and complaints:

If you have suggestions for improvements or changes, please let us know. On the terrace at the front desk/bar there is a box in which you can deposit your suggestions. At the receptions you can also fill in a form in which you can express your (dis) satisfaction with the site. If you have complaints, please go directly to one of the owners or put your complaint in writing. You will then receive our response as soon as possible.
